Athul has spent his career on the delivery side of software, leading the teams that turn a brief into something people actually use. He has worked with banks and financial institutions moving from paperwork to digital workflows, and with e-commerce and consumer brands growing online.
His work spans websites and web platforms, a cross-platform iOS and Android app, and performance overhauls that made large sites noticeably faster. He has set up analytics so teams could see what was working, and audited online stores to find where they were losing customers.
